We have decided to adapt this function to the requirements of modern business, offering our clients assistance in areas related to HR, improving employee competences and building relationships with foreign partners.
We match companies operating in Poland with foreign employees and partners. Many companies do not see or cannot fully take advantage of the opportunities that international cooperation offers. We founded Silvergate to change it. Since the company was established in 2013, we were constantly involved in supporting business in Poland by recruiting new employees, providing foreign contacts and supporting export. We help to find IT employees and also carry out projects remotely. We organized many business visits, including several economic missions and we took part in many export projects.
